At GCR Adaptive Solutions, we believe quality care begins with education, understanding, and compassion. Our Caregiver Training Program is designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and complex medical needs.

Founded by disability advocate and entrepreneur Keisha Greaves, GCR Adaptive Solutions brings a unique disability-led perspective to caregiver education. As someone who relies on caregiver support daily, Keisha understands firsthand the importance of trained, respectful, and dependable caregivers.

Why Caregiver Training Matters

Caregivers play a critical role in helping individuals maintain their independence, health, and quality of life. However, many caregivers enter the field without specialized training related to disability support, adaptive equipment, communication, and person-centered care.

Our goal is to help bridge that gap by providing practical training that empowers caregivers while improving outcomes for the individuals they serve.
