Collaborating with Girls Chronically RockWe are so excited that you’re interested in collaborating with Girls Chronically Rock!
Before we jump into the creative fun, we want to outline what this collaboration will look like and what it will entail.
Stipulations to qualify for a collaboration with Girls Chronically Rock:
1. This collaboration is open to existing brands, organizations, or influencers who have a message they would like to feature on a t-shirt.
2. The message must align with Girls Chronically Rock’s values of empowerment and inclusion and will need to be co-created or approved by our team. Our designs focus primarily on text, with no image graphics on t-shirts.
3. The design will be sold exclusively on the Girls Chronically Rock website, and sales profits will be split between the collaborator and Girls Chronically Rock. Specific details will be outlined in a formal contract.
4. Collaborations will be available on our site for a limited time, and both parties must agree to actively market the collaboration during the sale period.
5. Girls Chronically Rock charges an onboarding fee, which covers design development, edits, onboarding meetings, integration into the website, and licensing for the design used in the collaboration.
How the process works:
1. The collaborating brand or organization completes a collaboration intake form.
2. If it’s a good fit, we will set up an initial meeting with our Collaborations Team to review contracts and required documents.
3. You’ll meet with our design team to co-create the perfect message for the t-shirt.
4. Once we finalize the profit-sharing percentage, logistics for launch, marketing materials, and timelines, the collaboration goes live!
